Cloud Cakes?

Now, as we travel we experience new things all the time. Many of these things I'm sure we will share with you. Some of these things make us happy, confused, entertained, but rarely do they make me angry.....today I take issue with Little Debbie snack cakes. Yes, you heard me! Little Debbie has served the U.S. faithfully for years creating products that are totally unhealthy for us, but dog gone it, they're GOOD!!!! Some companies have let me down lately, like the most recent (Susan G. Komen) because Bean and Bailey donates regularly to that cause. Recently I found out that Komen gives MILLIONS of dollars to PLANNED PARENTHOOD!!! What the crap!?! I'm giving to help cure breast cancer, not help women kill babies!!! So now we give to The National Breast Cancer Foundation........uhm sorry, I don't know how I got from Debbie Snack cakes to breast cancer......anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, disappointment......so we're doing this event in NC the other day and they have all these snacks laying on the table and I, of course, wanting to take part in the festivities went straight for the Twinkies, assuming that whoever was in charge of getting snacks did some research on Bean and Bailey and must have discovered that I (Bailey) LOVE Twinkies..........but then my ecstasy turned to horror as I looked at the package to find that NO!!! This was no Twinkie.... it was some intrusion that Little Debbie (A usually reliable company for good snacks) had attempted to make look like a Twinkie!!!!! Can you believe that !?! UNBELIEVABLE! They're calling it a "Cloud Cake". Of course I tried it......I've been repenting ever since.....Well, their heads were in the clouds when they made that one people, that's like Obama trying to be Abe Lincoln. It Just can't happen. Eat the cloud cake if you want, but you won't be on could 9, you'll just find that your understanding of all things has become cloudy.....you can't tug on Superman's cape, and you can't replicate THE TWINKIE!!!!!!!

Hello we are Bean and Bailey! The name of our blog as you can see is Christian Comedy Duo. WHY did we choose that name? Well, it's not because we tell jokes about Moses, etc. We titled it that for one reason only and that is because we are CHRISTIANS who do COMEDY and there are TWO of us. Therefore, CHRISTIAN, COMEDY, DUO.That made the most sense to us anyway. We do perform for churches and religious functions, but have also been performing for corporate events, colleges, clubs, and in television and radio for over 10 years. We do all kinds of events and have enjoyed the experience immensely and hope to continue on this journey for many years. Pray for us!
